Customer Service Representative
We’re looking for a friendly, flexible, and motivated person to join the CSR/Teller team at Bank of Wisconsin Dells! This position works 30-35 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays from 8 AM – 12 PM. This job demands great customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. If this describes you, CSR may be a fit! Previous cash handling or bank experience a plus, but not required. Position is responsible for:
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner
- Accepting customer transactions
- Counting cash
- Cross-selling bank products

Deposit Operations Support – Onsite
If you enjoy working with customers over the phone, possess excellent communication skills, and have high attention to detail, apply for our Deposit Operations Support role! This position requires independent work, relying on resources and team members to assist with troubleshooting questions. You must ensure every transaction is processed correctly by confirming with the customer and following procedure. Those with an understanding of banking, excellent problem solving, and good technology skills are likely to be successful. Our Deposit Operations Support department is responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries regarding account transactions via phone and chat
- Supporting electronic banking products including online and mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and debit cards
- Processing account transactions and changes
- Troubleshooting transaction exceptions

Deposit Review Specialist – Onsite
We have a full-time Deposit Review Specialist opening on the BWD team. If you enjoy looking at the details and reviewing documentation, this could be the position for you. This role is responsible for quality control review of deposit-related documentation by reviewing documentation for accuracy and proper upload to core and archival systems, reviewing deposit file maintenance reports, and tracking exceptions. To be considered, you must have the following experience and skills.
- Working knowledge of deposit account documentation and banking systems
- Ability to accurately review and compare information
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the aptitude to work independently
